Taking care of
an older person can become a full time job. Salston Elder Care helps
relieve you of some of that burden. We will assess your aging loved
one’s needs and options and evaluate alternative care situations based
on their unique requirements and finances.
Helping your
loved one accept the need to leave the home they have known for many
years is often one of the most difficult tasks. We can act as a mediator
between you and your aging loved one to help them accept the situation
and make the transition as smoothly and easily as possible.
We'll establish an
ongoing relationship with them, attend physicians' visits and act as a
liaison between the family, patient and doctor and monitor their care
situation. We’ll help you put all the pieces of the puzzle together to
give your aging loved one the best care possible, and give you peace of
mind. |
